Rodney and Becca Jarvis both graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 1995 with degrees in Business Administration. In 1996, Rodney and Becca purchased the business, formerly known as Griggs Award, Sign & Flag Co., and together have been growing the company ever since. What started out to be a small trophy shop has grown into a full service sign company including design, manufacturing, installation with more than 30 employees.
After leaving Trevecca Nazarene University, Mike followed his passions as an outdoor enthusiast selling Skis, backpacking and kayaking gear in the Pacific Northwest. While there he attended Oregon State University and went on to work in the Marketing Department for Mount Bachelor Ski Resort and then in Human Resources and various management positions with The Home Depot. When not at Jarvis Signs Mike pretends he is a farmer raising chickens and a big organic garden.
Even though Jennifer attended college at Western Kentuky to become an Elementary School Teacher, she started to work for Jarvis Sign Company as a receptionist and during the course of time started learning about the sign industry. With a lot of hard workshe has been promoted to Estimator and has proven an asset to the company by provididing estimates in excess of one million dollars. She also serves as Project Manager on the projects she is awarded.
Even though he graduated with a major in Computer Information Systems from Nazarene University, his passion is art. He has designed logos for various companies including the Jarvis Sign Company logo. He has worked on designing, consultation and fabrication for projects such as Encore, Viridian, Sumner Regional Medical Center and many others. After graduating college he started working in the sign business and after 10 years of working with interior signs, he has become an expert in ADA signs.

While still in High School, Jeb started working part time for a small sign company in his hometown of Miami, Florida where he further developed his design skills and applied them to the sign industry. After graduation and before moving to Nashville, he worked for two sign firms as a designer and consultant. With more than 17 years as a designer, he has designed and managed various sign projects including Nossi College of Art. He has been given various awards for his designs including "Best of the Best" award.
Denys (not Dennis, but Denise spelled differently) grew up in a suburb of Chicago. After High School, she attended Mississippi State University for three years, but earned her Marketing Degree from Belmont University. Prior to Jarvis Signs, she worked in business management and the sign business.
Diane has been with Jarvis Signs for more than 25 years and is in charge of the Engraving Department which handles plaques and ADA Signs. She handles various types of equipment such as Laser Cutters, Rotary Engravers, and small CNC Routers. She also keeps up with all ADA rules and guidelines.
